SA clients live on WhatsApp. DigiVet’s appointment confirmations, reminders, follow-ups, and invoices all run through WhatsApp by default. Email + SMS still work, but they’re no longer where most clients actually look.
AI for the admin layer
DigiVet uses AI to match bank statement transactions to clients, draft SOAP records by voice, build sales from spoken consults, and forecast stock reorders. The clinical workflow is the start, not the whole product.
