Yes! Every new account gets a 14-day free trial with all features unlocked. No credit card required. Contact us to get your data imported — once your data is loaded, we extend your trial so you get a full 2 weeks to experience the system with your real practice data, no charge.

When you get in touch, our team imports your existing clients, patients, products, services, medical records, and sales history from systems like Digitail. We handle the entire migration at no extra cost. After import, your trial resets so you have 2 full weeks with your actual data.

Your data is safely preserved. You can subscribe to continue using DigiVet, or contact us if you need more time to evaluate. We won't delete your data.

Yes. There are no long-term contracts. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your settings. Your data remains accessible until the end of your billing period.

We accept credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard) as well as EFT (electronic funds transfer) for South African bank accounts. All payments are processed securely and you'll receive a tax invoice each month.

Absolutely. Your data is hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS) with encryption at rest and in transit. We perform automated daily backups, and your data is completely isolated from other practices. We follow industry-standard security practices to keep your information safe.
